Cleaner/Cleaning Technician (Spring, TX Location) -- 3 Positions -Open Now. Hiring ASAP.

There are 2 full time and 1 part-time positions, from 15 to 35 hours a week with opportunity for growth in the future. We have residential and commercial clients.
Requirements:
- One year experience as a Cleaner/Cleaning Technician preferred, but not required
- Available to work in-person from 8 to 5-ish Monday to Friday
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a team
- Must be able to take direction and take ownership of projects
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Reliable transportation
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor promptly
- Adhere to safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment as required
