Duties:
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies and procedures
- Oversee the production planning process to ensure adequate stock levels
- Coordinate with suppliers to manage materials and ensure timely delivery
- Manage shipping and receiving activities, including coordinating with clients and vendors
- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment to meet customer demands
- Implement and maintain effective Inventory Control to maintain stock in the storerooms and service vans to minimize stock discrepancies
- Conduct regular audits of inventory to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Collaborate with the service and other teams to improve overall efficiency with-in the organization
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in a trade or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of production planning, materials management, and order fulfillment processes
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving operations
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers
