Job Description
Superior Duct Fabrication is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to become an integral part of our team. The Inventory Control Specialist (ICS) is responsible for controlling, managing, and monitoring inventory. The ICS controls the flow of materials and equipment, tracking and analyzing inventory maintenance and developing protocols for loss mitigation.

Responsibilities:
• Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels for optimized Inventory Control procedures.
• Monitors and maintains inventory levels.
• Performs cycle counts and records results.
• Document daily shipments and deliveries to replenish inventory
• Create detailed reports for adjustments, inventory operations and stock levels
• Evaluates deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve Inventory Control procedures.
• Proposes strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of supply chain logistics.
• Monitors demand and analyzes data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs.
• Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency and personnel issues to upper management.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Shop management, and other staff to ensure business goals are met
• Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc

Job Qualifications:

• Highschool Diploma required.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Inventory Management (Fabrication and/or HVAC industry experience preferred)
• Organized and Manages Times effectively
Computer & Software Skills
Must have foundational computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook email and calendaring), Excel, Word, Autodesk Fabrication
