Job Purpose
This position has primary responsibility of maintaining and improving inventory accuracy and organization at all company locations. The main duties will consist of monitoring, maintaining and auditing inventory quantities, performing cycle counts and auditing BIN locations at all company locations. This position is based out of the company’s corporate office and main inventory location in Colton, CA; however, requires travel at least one week per month to the company’s other five locations in Sacramento, CA, Lakeside, CA, Phoenix, AZ, Las Vegas, NV and Sparks, NV.
Essential Functions
· Traveling to company locations
· Performing and working with company employees to ensure the accuracy of inventory quantities and BIN locations at all company locations.
· Utilizing a Forklift and other lifting devices to count, audit and identify inventory items and locations.
· Evaluate and suggest improvement to Inventory Control and organization at all company locations.
· Identify slow moving inventory.
· Monitor and inform on any identified Safey issues with the storage, movement and placement of inventory items.
· Identify and report on potential shortages.
· Analyzing inventory data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
· Oversee and lead cycle counts and inventory audits
· Work on special projects as assigned
· All duties assigned by immediate supervisor and/or management.
· Responsible for understanding and executing Company goals and objectives while actively contributing to the cohesiveness of the team.
Qualifications
· Education
o High school graduate or equivalent
o Education and experience commensurate with job responsibilities.
· Experience
o Prior inventory experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment (5 years)
o Global Shop Solutions ERP Software Experience a Plus
· Skills
o Ability to operate a Forklift and climb ladders and stairs

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
