We are searching for an Inventory Control Specialist to join our team in Corona, CA. The Inventory Control Specialist will support operations in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring compliance with the company's standard operating policies and procedures.
Essential Functions:
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and standard operating policies and procedures
- Identify/establish internal controls and ensure their operating effectiveness
- Prepare concise, and timely cycle count documents and reconciliations according to specified locations and deadlines
- Work closely with other team members in operations to resolve inventory-related issues
- Assist with month-end reporting on inventory KPIs
- Communicate effectively and with a sense of urgency across all departments in the plant related to inventory issues
- Perform intermediate level of analysis to identify inventory variances
- Identify process gaps, propose, and implement improvements
- Prepare and perform monthly audits
- Act as a key player in year-end inventory
Qualifications:
- Ideally candidates will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or a combination of experience and or/degree associated with inventory management
- Working knowledge of SAP MM module in a manufacturing environment is a must
- Attention to detail and proactivity is a must
- Previous exposure to inventory reconciliation and reporting
- Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish is preferable

Subject to the foregoing, the current pay scale for this position is $41,839 to $48,813 per year.
