TITLE:INVENTORY CONTROL MANAGER
ABOUT THE JOB:
We are seeking an experienced INVENTORY CONTROL MANAGER (LEAN OPERATIONS). You will be responsible for running inventory program operations and leading lean transformation through continuous improvement within INVENTORY CONTROL to ensure optimal flow of materials for operations from receiving to auditing, staging, material handling, packing, shipping, logistics and more. You will directly supervise the Inventory Control Supervisors

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial and/or supervisory warehouse
operations, preferably in inventory management or manufacturing, distribution
operations.
• Bachelor Degree in industrial engineering, engineering management, mechanical
engineering, business administration, operations management, supply chain
management or related.
• Higher education in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma level or Lean training and 2
years of experience leading or supporting lean initiatives/transformations.
• APICS Certification or equivalent combination of college education and experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems and others such as Syteline, SAP and
others.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication
skills, active listening skills, and time management skills.
