Inventory Control

Apache Mills, Inc., a worldwide leader in floor mat manufacturing, has immediate openings to join our growing company as a member of our Operations Team. We are currently seeking qualified candidates for Inventory Control position to join our Inventory Control Team. This job involves physically counting finished goods and component mats, adjusting the system inventory to reflect the actual physical inventory. This position is scheduled for Monday- Friday, 7:00 am- 3:30pm and some Saturdays as needed. There are immediate advancement opportunities for those with the desire, the initiative, and that perform above expectations.

This position requires the ability to (this is not a complete job description):

• Regular physical cycle counts of finished goods and selected components
• Additional cycle counts of other material as needed
• Adjust system inventory based on cycle count findings
• Perform any other inventory related activity as assigned
• work safely in a fast-paced production environment
• meet or exceed company quality standards
• maintain regular and predictable attendance
• comply with company processes and procedures
• follow verbal and written instructions
• stand, walk, lift, bend, stoop, and reach while handling material or products
• work cooperatively, courteously, and respectfully with all team members, vendors, and visitors
• perform job duties in variable temperatures based on weather conditions (including hot weather)
• ensure good housekeeping of all areas on company premises
• successfully complete drug and background screenings

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• Basic Math and computer skills
• Familiarity of all components, and finished goods
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to drive a forklift
• Ability to drive a scissor lift
• Ability to use a handheld scanner
