Position Summary:
Reporting to the Manufacturing Operations Manager, The Inventory Clerk position performs activities in support of material control, purchasing, handling, shipping, and receiving in the production department in support of the department's objectives to provide goods and services that meet customer’s requirements for quality, quantity, and timeliness.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receives materials from inspection and outside sources, processes into stores
- Prepares materials to support work orders as necessary, and maintains controls per procedures
- Removes excess materials from work orders and material pass-through and restocks into inventory as appropriate
- Completed all transactions in ERP system as required
- Maintains cleanliness and accuracy of controlled stock room and shipping/receiving area
- Executes the cycle count program
- Performs physical inventories as required
- Establishes warehouse location system
- Assists in other work-related areas as required
Minimum Qualifications:
- Vocational – High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing logistics role
- Experience in a warehouse and material methods for issuance and reconciliation of transactions, both physically and perpetually
- Experience in cycle counting and stockroom activities
- Experience with materials stocking, issuance, and reconciliation
- Experience in ERP systems to create, maintain and use BOM's, preferred
- Experience with ERP order entry systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail
- Good work ethic, reliable and punctual
- Ability to work on a variety of tasks on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis
