Summary: The purpose of this position is to support the Maintenance Team by managing spare parts inventory, consumables & non-inventory items. This will include issuing POs, receiving, and shelving inventory by quantity and location while using our CMMS (AMMS) System. Assisting Team members in obtaining required materials for PMs, projects and trouble calls.

Duties and Responsibilities (List 6-8 bullets)
· Maintaining current complete records in AMMS including preferred vendors, POs, receipts, quantity and location.
· Shelving incoming parts and consumables and maintaining an organized parts room and work area.
· Assisting Manager and Technicians in obtaining required materials for PMs, projects and trouble calls.
· Complete month end inventory (rotational)
· Complete year-end inventory (complete)
· Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while handling materials.
· Collaborate with Maintenance Manager to coordinate material movements and resolve any logistical challenges.
· Utilize excellent communication skills to provide updates on parts availability.

Skills
- Ability to lift and or move up to 50 lbs.
- Proven experience in a CMMS system or similar.
- Experience with computer-based inventory systems.
- Familiarity with machine parts, part categories, materials etc.
- Strong mathematical skills to handle inventory counts.
- Excellent memory and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, following protocols, and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
Education / Experience:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- 2-3 years’ Inventory Management and Purchasing
