Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Customer Service
- Assist with intaking product and verifying with inventory supervisor that all products match invoice, METRC and Manifest
- Assist with collecting data and processing of invoices and verifying with the inventory supervisor that all documentation is uploaded and entered accurately.
- Assist in destroying cannabis product that have been audited by Inventory Supervisor
- Facilitate strategies outlines by inventory supervisor or manager to ensure METRC tag audits are completed
- Assist in off-menu reports and restocking necessary inventory
- Keep products organized in vault according to FIFO order, ensure items are properly labeled
- Keep any product storage location tidy and organized at all times to maximize efficiency
- Assist with counting merchandise, office supplies and any product inventory needed and reporting it to inventory supervisor or manager
- Execute strategies outlined by the inventory supervisor or manager and marketing department to ensure the sales floor is prepared for any type of sale/promotion of product.

While performing the functions of this job, an employee must walk, stand, or remain stationary during the entire shift (shifts can be up to 8 hours). The employee is regularly exposed to strong cannabis odors and frequently required to handle cannabis products. Employee must be able to continuously reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop and wipe with the potential for slipping or tripping. Employee must frequently wash their hands and lift or move up to 35 pounds.
Strong cannabis industry knowledge
must possess a firm grasp on all aspects of the cannabis industry and be able to use that knowledge base to drive key initiatives for the organization.
Time Management & Prioritization
Display excellent time management skills and must be very strategic in how they allocate their time daily. Prioritization around the most important and immediate needs of the business should be the primary driver for planning and executing meetings, checking in with departments and offering feedback on projects and proposals. Managers above all other leaders
in the organization must be able to effectively delegate responsibilities as needed.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- 2+ years experience with supply chain management & inventory reconciliations preferred.
- Comfortable lifting up to 30lbs overhead.
- Excellent organizational skills.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
