Job Title: Inventory Analyst

Location: Merritt Island, FL 32952

Pay Rate: $28.00-33.00 per hour. Contract

Four Different Shifts Available:

A (1st Shift)

B (Monday-Friday, 3:00pm - 12:00 am)

C (6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Friday-Sunday, Shift Differential Offered)

D (6:00 PM to 6:00 AM Friday-Monday, Shift Differential Offered)

As an Inventory Analyst, you will identify, and confirm configurations of inventory items and acceptance for use, retrieve inventory for building production assembly kits, assist with placing in-bound materials into stock, and entering transactions for all material transfers. The role is multifunctional with knowledge needed in inventory management and coordination techniques.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze inventory levels and make recommendations for optimizing stock levels
• Pull each stock item either off the shelf, into the aisle, relocate to designated inspection areas or as otherwise instructed and make parts ready to inspect by removal or access through packaging.
• Monitor and track inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory data integrity
• Develop and maintain inventory reports and dashboards
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
• Record the condition, count and any other observations associated with discreet inventory locations and the stock items therein in the provided tally mechanism.
• Replace stock items, organize and identify completed, accepted for use conditions.

Qualifications:

• Valid drivers license
• Fork lift experience / certification desired but not required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted. Lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying are generally required to perform the functions of this position
• Know-how or willingness to learn and utilize powered lifting or transporting equipment
• Computer savvy or drive to learn light software entry with experience in MS Office desired
• Minimum of high school diploma or GED
• Must be a U.S. citizen due to the nature of the work

Belcan provides a competitive pay and benefits package. Salary guidelines for similar roles at Belcan are $28.00 - $33.00 per hour. Guidelines vary based on many factors including but not limited to education, qualifications, experience, discipline, geographic location, market, and business considerations.
