We seek to hire a driven and strategic Internal Communications professional to join our team as Internal Communications Lead.
As a thoughtful leader you will develop and execute a multi-channel Internal Communications strategy that aligns with our strategic priorities and seeks to inform, engage and inspire our 5000 strong global workforce.

- Create and implement an internal communication strategy that ensures employees understand the organization’s direction, goals, and initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor and communications partner to the CEO and senior leaders.
- Create and distribute a variety of intra-org and global employee-focused communication materials for the CEO and Global Delivery Leaders, ensuring that they are authentic, timely, and aligned to the strategy you have designed.
- Create content for town halls, management meetings, and leadership events.
- Deliver innovative and creative executive communication campaigns with consideration to hybrid workplace model.
- Establish and track metrics that show the impact of employee communications, message alignment, and employee engagement while drawing meaningful insights from data analysis.
- Collaborate with the global communications team on joint projects and best practice sharing.
- Ensure compliance with content standards and brand guidelines.
- Bachelor's Degree in communications, marketing communications, public relations or a related field.
- 8+ years experience in the corporate communications sector.
- Experience working for global matrix organizations.
- Experience of developing and executing organizational wide Internal Communications strategies, including setting measurable communications objectives, crafting key messages, defining appropriate channels and tactical planning.
- Experience in creating creative and engaging Internal Communications content including email updates, newsletters, intranet content, videos, and presentations that align with business priorities and goals and support the company’s culture and values.
- Experience of creating content and managing logistics for Town Halls and other employee events.
- Experience in monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of Internal Communications, and can make recommendations for improvement based on feedback and data analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to distill complex issues/ideas into simple and compelling communication.
- Proficiency in O365, particularly communication tools such as Outlook, Teams, and PPT.
- Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken.
- Experience in the tech sector is a plus.
