WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Leads, develops, and executes strategic Internal Communications that align with Honor’s business priorities, as well as highlighting employee engagement and culture.
- Develops high quality communication materials using a variety of content for internal communication efforts, including organizational announcements, all team member communication, huddle content, emails, presentations, talking points, etc.
- Acts as quality assurance through editing for grammar, tone, and voice consistency in external and internal communication.
- Contributes to the development and implementation of a broad-based communications plan that effectively engages and informs our team through all forms of communication and multimedia.
- Collaborates with key stakeholders to develop innovative internal communication strategies that facilitate a smooth and timely flow of communications.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

- A College degree in Communications or Marketing; or an equivalent combination of training and work experience.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Three years to five years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
- Multimedia and basic video editing experience preferred.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Must have a demonstrated ability to keep finances in order.
- Superior time management and organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- An analytical mind and the ability to think critically.
- Exceptional writing and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and capable of creating visually compelling presentations.
- Exceptional public speaking skills.
- Ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
