As a senior Internal Auditor on the corporate Internal Audit & advisory team, you'll assist with planning, executing and reporting financial, operational and compliance related audits/projects to facilitate compliance with federal laws, corporate standards and generally accepted accounting principles. You'll also serve as the day-to-day project manager for audit projects and provide project guidance and informal coaching to junior auditors as needed.
Location: This is a hybrid role to be based in Mayfield Village, OH; Carmel, IN or Tampa, FL where we currently have offices.
Must-have qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting/Finance, Business Mgmt., Economics, or Mathematics and four years of relevant audit, operational, or financial experience.
Preferred skills
- Experience in an operations management role, with recent Six Sigma, Lean Management, Continuous Improvement, or Quality Control experience
- Demonstrated people management skills as technical advisor for assigned auditors or as lead/mentor in training and developing of other auditors
- Experience providing day-to-day project management oversight of assigned staff including first level review of staff work products
- Demonstrated ability to make data driven decisions and deliver value through practical recommendations, with experience influencing senior leadership
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, communications, presentation and financial skills
Compensation
- $70,100 - $93,500/year depending on position level and experience
- Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
