Internal Advisor/Writer - *Salary *

Bill Luke Alfa Romeo & Fiat has an Immediate Need for an Experienced Internal Advisor & Writer.

Compensation: Typical pay range $4,500 a month.

Job Details:

We are seeking an experienced service advisor who can handle our fast paced environment as we typically have many cars running through the service drive on any given day. Being the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service. We want our customers to be customers for life, so we strive to exceed their expectations. Also, Experience is Key! As well as strong Follow up and Elite Customer Service.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee flow of vehicles in service . Ensure that sales department receives prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Maintain a fast turn rate on all used cars

Qualifications:

• Organized and friendly personality
• Demonstrated ability to manage others
• Time management and solid computer skills
• Fantastic communication skills with your customers
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• 2-3 years dealership experience
• Must be 18 or over
