This is a full-time program running from June 5 through mid-August, 2024. You must be available for the entire duration of the program.
We are seeking a Summer Intern to join our Talent & Culture Team. This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week in the NYC office (preferably Mondays and Wednesdays).
The Talent & Culture team strategically partners with all Girl Scouts of the USA departments to create an ideal workplace. Our programs and initiatives aim to provide best-in-class employee experiences focused on attracting, retaining, and developing employees to their full potential.
As a Talent & Culture Summer Intern, you will:
Support tasks related to the execution of GSUSA's listening strategy, which is designed to gather employee feedback and insights to enhance the overall employee experience.- Assist in the coordination of learning sessions, including scheduling, logistical arrangements, and communication with participants.
- Provide administrative support in the design and delivery of new performance management processes.
- Assist in organizing and updating documentation for HR processes and procedures, contributing to the overall efficiency of the Talent & Culture Team.
We are seeking a 3rd or 4th year student pursuing a Bachelors degree or a Masters degree in a competitive HR program.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: This job operates in a professional office environment.
SALARY RANGE: $18.00 - 20.00 per hour
