Job Description:
- Analyzing workload/application on existing systems
- Working with New Memory Prototypes and performance characterization
Qualification:
- Master or PhD student with preferred majors in Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical Engineering
- Ability to understand and solve problems leveraging memory subsystem optimization spanning modeling to system-level simulation/emulation
- Experience implementing memory modeling, evaluating their performance, and fine-tuning simulators
- Proficient in programming language (C/C++, Python, etc.)
- Students must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. program and be returning to university for a minimum of one semester to qualify for an intern position.

Compensation:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position $25.00 - $45.00 per hour. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related skills and experience. Your Recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
Housing Allowance:
Eligible interns will receive a housing allowance during their internship.
