About our Capital - Special Situations M&A Practice
SC&H Capital's Special Situations M&A team partners with business owners facing challenging situations to provide indispensable insights, a proven process, and the right strategy that quickly produces a path forward-oftentimes in as little as 60 days. Our experienced team promptly and efficiently addresses immediate and unique needs, including the flurry of questions often associated with various and complex challenges.
With over 175 years of combined senior-level experience, our team offers extensive professional expertise across most industries-from healthcare and business services to manufacturing and government contracting. Helping clients with revenues between $10 to $300MM throughout the United States (and internationally), we deliver quick and tangible results that preserve our client's business, help it grow, and maximize recovery.
Work with the Special Situations investment banking team to:
- Perform industry research and prepare pitches for potential new clients
- Assist with creating and editing marketing materials for active engagements
- Work with senior bankers on a variety of ongoing deals across multiple industries

Requirements
- In pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or other business-related field
- Minimum GPA of 3.2
- Previous successful business experience; Public Accounting internship preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to produce an outstanding work product or deliverable
