Intern - Maintenance Engineer

Headquartered in the United States, Sensient Technologies Corporation is a leading global manufacturer and marketer of colors, flavors, and extracts. 

Sensient Colors is looking for a Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Intern to join our Maintenance team. We offer the opportunity to gain direct experience in a manufacturing environment during this summer program. The internship will be based out of our St. Louis facility near downtown St. Louis. Position is a paid internship.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• PM and Calibration Data entry.
• Preventative maintenance scope and vendor quotes.
• Equipment labeling.
• Inventory management audits.
• Documentation administration to the electronic library.
• Equipment vendor research and compatibility.
• ACAD drawings for fabrication.
• Hands-on assistance with Maintenance Engineers.

Education & Experience:

• Intern must be at a minimum status of a junior level and working toward a four-year degree program preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 
• A minimum of a 3.0 overall GPA is required.
• Previous Engineering internship experience is preferred but not required.
