Intern - It

The purpose of the IT Internship is to gain applicable career experience in a growing organization. Throughout the internship, you will gain valuable, hands-on experience in several aspects of Information Technology.

Essential Functions:

• Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to end-users, which may include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new equipment, and resolving technical problems.
• Documentation: Create and update documentation, such as user guides, technical manuals, and knowledge base articles, to help streamline support processes and assist other team members.
• Software Development: Depending on the intern's skills and the organization's needs, they may be involved in coding, scripting, or programming tasks related to software development or automation.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other IT team members and departments to resolve issues and contribute to IT projects and initiatives.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, supervisors, and end-users.
• Time Management: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and support multiple projects simultaneously.
