Form of workOur program provides a paid internship opportunity starting at $20.00 per hour, along with a hybrid work schedule that offers the best of both worlds. You will work in the office for four days a week, collaborate with your team, and grow your skills. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work from home, one day a week. Our program runs from June 5th, 2024, to August 9th, 2024, and we expect our interns to commit to the entire program duration.

In addition, a successful candidate needs critical thinking skills, the ability to find a solution, not just provide information, an interest in seeing yourself as an individual contributor adding value in a corporate environment, and finally, an interest in working with people from different backgrounds and countries. What you will do:
- Conduct an in-depth analysis of the performance of key brands in international territories.
- Track sales progression since launch and assess the impact of past marketing activities.
- Collaborate with the International Marketing Manager to understand upcoming marketing plans.
- Map out opportunities in each territory/region based on historical performance and upcoming plans.
- Work closely with the International Marketing Manager to identify key focus areas for brand development.
- Collaborate with the International Marketing Manager for Squishmallows to create a detailed historical overview of the brand in all international territories.
- Document the brand's launch details, distribution channels, the evolution of retail in each territory, and sales progression.
- Work closely with the International Sales Team and local offices to gather necessary information for the brand overview.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure accurate and comprehensive data collection.
What we are looking for:
- Currently, enrolled college student who has completed at least one year of school at an accredited university or college.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office & G-Suite.
- Must be able to clear a background check.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Solid time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to communicate and deal effectively with diverse individuals at all organizational levels in a professional manner.
