What You'll Do:
- Assist with creative marketing mailer design (must know Photoshop, Canva, Mailchimp)
- Assist with DISCO maintenance including updating playlists, metadata and assets.
- Assist with maintaining Sync Pitch database by chasing audio files and communicating to internal teams.
- Assist with the preparation of pitches including audio asset organization and tagging metadata.
- Conduct song research to include ownership and stake of a song.
- Collaborate with the Film and TV team as needed.
Who You Are:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university.
- Ideal candidate will have work experience in the music/entertainment industry OR is enrolled in a music-industry related program.
- Passionate about the music and entertainment business and have a desire to build a career in the industry.
- Able to adapt quickly to a changing environment with minimal disruption.
- An excellent communicator and enthusiastic collaborator who works well with team members, external partners, and senior management.
- You are hungry to learn and grow. You are curious, ask questions and get excited about new projects.
- A highly organized person that pays close attention to the details.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- 7.5-hour business workday.

The anticipated annual base salary/hourly rate for this position is $17 per hour. This does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
