Intern, E- Commerce (Hybrid)

Overview
This hybrid position will be located at our Corporate Office in the St.Petersburg, FL Office.
As an Intern, you will learn about the retail and e-commerce industry, participate in a collaborative business project corporate training, meet the Leadership Team, and attend fun virtual events. Be part of the team that leads innovation in the sneaker industry, and wear cool kicks to work! We offer paid internships at our corporate location in St.Petersburg, Florida.

Responsibilities
As an E-CommerceIntern, you will...

• Gain insight into the website management, marketing campaigns representation on site, product listing pages optimization and content specific to Foot Locker, inc.
• Collaborate cross functionally with our brand marketing teams and Digital marketing and allocation team for omni alignment.
• Trouble shoot and analyze website data and make recommendations for testing.
• Overall, you will be part of an amazing learning environment, with tons of energy and passion for customer and product.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support FLCA director and team on regular site QA
• Assist launch coordinator set up launch reservation files and do regular inventory check ups for go-live
• Management content assets for HP campaigns
• Assist Operations team on skus on site availability review and the sku set up process
• Go through NPS comments on the weekly to identify customer friction points to help get them resolved
• Attend Marketing meetings to ensure omni alignment and raise concerns or ideas
• Assist content teams with Homepage content calendar planning
• Assist Content team with Jira creation and asset selection
• Support the ecommerce team and FLCA business by consolidating key wins and opportunities monthly based on what we are seeing on our own sites and our competitors.

Qualifications
INTERNSHIP PROGRAM:
To qualify for an internship with Foot Locker, individuals must:

• Be a junior or senior in college pursuing a Bachelor's degree in (business, marketing, fashion merchandising or other related fields)
• Arrange the internship with the educational institution on a for-credit basis, if necessary.
• Have 2 years of work experience (recommended but not required).
• Be 18+ years of age at the start of the internship.
• Be able to relocate if offered a full-time role.
• Be available to participate the entire length of program (May 13th - July 26th).
• Be available to work Monday-Friday (40 hours/week).
• Be familiar with and have used Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Access, etc.).
• Able to commute to the designated Foot Locker Office.

• Detail oriented.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
• Demonstrated experience working independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to take direction effectively.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience working effectively and accurately in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Benefits
The Summer Internship Program pay rate is $16.00 / hour. The pay rate is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below:
