Job Summary:

We are looking for top talent to join our Facilities/Administration team in Paramus, New Jersey coordinating facility projects for
the Corporate Office and Distribution Center.
ONLY current students will be considered, this is a paid internship!

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assistant to the Sr. Manager, Administration/Office Services.
• Coordinate day to day operations, working with external vendors and key individuals throughout the company.
• Comfortable meeting and engaging with new people.
• Responsible for receiving and processing incoming mail and packages for the department.
• Coordinate special projects, organization skills a must.
• Coordinate services with Staples Advantage program.
• Invoice processing through SAP and JP Morgan Chase
• Create and maintain various facility logs in Excel, One Note, Visio
• Create and maintain relationships with company departments and external vendors.
• Coordinate and assist with Corporate Activities Committee Program company wide.

Qualifications:

• Education - Must be a current college student, Sophomore or Junior preferred
• Must have flexibility to work 16-24 hours per week
• Must be able to commit to 2+ semesters
• Must have a can-do attitude and is willing to learn new things
• Must be highly organized and have excellent follow through skills
• Proficient in MS Office, with strong Word & Excel Skills
• Must have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Onsite/in person position
