This internship will be onsite in Duluth, MN from May 2024 through August 2024.
Job Duties:
- Participate as member of a team of professional and dedicated employees.
- Receive on-the-job training and experience working with reporting, analytics, etc.
- Develop skills vitally important in today’s fast-paced work environment including analytical skills, team-based interaction, goal setting and strategic planning, the ability to work under pressure, listening and organizational skills, among others.
- This position will be project based with cross-functional experiences within audit, internal controls, accounting research, policy and procedures.
Qualifications:
- College junior or senior with emphasis in accounting, business, or related field.
- A self-starter.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Must enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment.
- Research & problem-solving skills.
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Excel, Keynote, Word, and PowerPoint, with experience in social media platforms and ability to learn other internal database programs.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen & background check.
- Must be able to complete entire duration of internship.
- Must be able to secure local housing for duration of internship.
