Minimum 1.5 to 2 years experience in intermodal (ocean drayage )trucking is a must.

This requires a good communication skills with drivers and detailed aptitude to update the system with accurate information in timely manner. This position can be developed to dispatcher position in the future since this position works with dispatchers and drivers daily to learn about dispatchers function, requirements, and tasks.
Job Description
- Daily dispatching board is ready to be dispatched with accuracy
- Record status of delivery timely as it goes with close communication with CSR and drivers
- Review the tracking record of each delivery for completion to be processed
- System update via confirmation for each delivery with each drivers
- Communicate for delay or issues with DP and CSR, so notification can be sent proactively
- Information is correct to be dispatched for pick up/ return/ split other info including pay info for drivers
- AC charges coming from drivers to be updated and relayed to CSR for communicate with customers
- Ensure drivers are getting paid for accurate settlement weekly by update accurate info in the system including Drop and Hook, bob tail or other pays
- Assist drivers /dispatchers/CSR as needed
- Complete items missing in timely manner to meet drivers pay period
- Complete and update daily audit email promptly
- Proactive update of status update in the system
- Any other duties assigned and requested
