Job/Role Description:
• Duties include preparation of credit card payments and reject report
• Reconciles credit card coupon and payments that did not get captured properly on the high speed equipment to rescan
• Key and balance credit card payments to complete the end of day process
• Trouble shoot equipment issues and be able to interact effectively with internal and external clients
