As an Interdisciplinary Architect/Engineer, you will be responsible for the performance of all management aspects of both prospectus and non-prospectus level projects.
Location: General Services Agency, Public Buildings Service, Manhattan Branch or Brooklyn, Queens, and NJ Branch in one of the following locations: New York City, NY, Brooklyn, NY or Newark, NJ

The GS-13 salary range starts at $121,485 per year.
This position is interdisciplinary, which means the duties and responsibilities closely relate to more than one professional occupation. This position may be filled in one of the following occupations:

- 0810: Civil Engineer
- 0830: Mechanical Engineer
- 0850: Electrical Engineer

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
In addition to the Basic Requirements listed above, you must have one year of Specialized Experience equivalent to the GS-12 in the Federal service.
Specialized experience is defined as: Experience in the design of construction or alteration projects involving large and complex buildings or major building systems, and the coordination of the activities of architects, engineers, tenants and construction contractors on such projects. Such experience must also include having independently managed projects (balance scope/quality, schedule and budget) requiring the services of multiple disciplines from project initiation phase through project closeout.
