ICU Nurse Manager is a registered nurse who is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) within a hospital or healthcare facility. Responsibilities:

• Conduct performance evaluations for ICU staff and provide leadership and mentorship
• Participate in budget preparation and management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a valid California RN license
• Minimum of 5 years of ICU nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of critical care nursing practices, policies, and procedures
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Active California RN license in good standing with the California Board of Nursing
