Job Summary:
Our 400-bed acute care healthcare facility is seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of RN-ICU experience and a valid RN CA License. As an RN-ICU, you will be responsible for providing direct and specialized care to critically ill patients, monitoring their conditions, and administering medication as prescribed by physicians. You will work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care and positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing and monitoring patients' conditions in the ICU
- Administering medication and treatment as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborating with healthcare team members to provide quality patient care
- Documenting patient information and care procedures
- Educating patients and their families on the care and treatment plan
- Responding to emergency situations and providing immediate care
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of RN - Intensive Care Unit experience
- Current RN CA License
- BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale Training Course (Upon hire)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Pay: $100,058.00 - $151,107.00 per year
