Intelligence Management Specialist, Senior

The Opportunity:

With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence professional to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our military every day, we need an intel manager like you to do just that. As an intel Management Specialist, you’ll use your specialized functional experience and attention to detail to develop reports to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters.

As an Intelligence Management Specialist on our team, you’ll help your client monitor, organize, and manage operational tasks, reports, requirements, and workflows to enable readiness and situational awareness. Using your understanding of the DoD or IC and CCMDs, various intelligence functions, and operational support activities, you’ll coordinate, staff, and complete assigned taskings, prepare reports and briefings, and identify opportunities to enhance operational management. As a senior intelligence professional, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and network, develop new skills in operational management, and share your techniques and methodologies with fellow analysts and mission managers. You Have:

  • 8+ years of experience working in the DoD or IC
  • Experience performing staff officer duties and providing intelligence and administrative support to a variety of defense and intelligence stakeholders
  • Experience with task management systems and coordinating requests for information and support from internal and external customers
  • Knowledge of effective communication and coordination procedures to facilitate command-level intelligence and information exchanges, engagements, conferences, working groups, and planning events
  • Knowledge of IC organizations, CCMD structure, standard intelligence tools, databases, techniques, and platforms
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • 12+ years of experience in intelligence operations mission management
  • Experience as a mission manager or staff officer supporting CCMD or component organizations
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confidently interfacing with leadership
  • Master's degree

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
