Job description

Intelligence Management Specialist, Mid

The Opportunity:

With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence professional to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our military every day, we need an intel manager like you to do just that. As an intel Management Specialist, you use your specialized functional experience and your attention to detail to generate intelligence reports to give your clients the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters.

As an Intelligence Management Specialist on our team, you’ll serve as a CI/HUMINT subject matter expert, monitoring and supporting operations. Using your comprehensive understanding of CI/HUMINT operations, you will support crisis tasking, briefings, and operational management functions. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment with little supervision while maintaining attention to a high level of detail to ensure transparent communication and task completion. As the authority on your topic, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset in CI/HUMINT, intel mission management, and communication. You’ll share your expertise with others through leadership, mentoring, and collaboration. Join us as we provide the right information at the right time to support the critical needs of our warfighters and policymakers.

Join us. The world can’t wait.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in CI/HUMINT

  • Experience in coordinating and collaborating with CI/HUMINT stakeholders across the defense intelligence enterprise

  • Experience with crisis management in high-risk or high-consequence environments

  • Knowledge of IC-standard intelligence and production tools, databases, techniques, and platforms

  • Ability to direct sensitive missions in a fast-paced, high-impact operations center to satisfy collection requirements and maximize resource effectiveness

  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience as an intel Management Specialist supporting CCMD or component organizations

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confidently interfacing with senior military and civilian officials

  • Master's degree

  • Graduate of a DoD HUMINT Collection Course, CI Agent Course, or Collection Management Course

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
