- Conduct all-source research and analysis from classified and unclassified data sources and apply standards-based IC analytic methodologies to correlate data, identify adversary capabilities and intentions, and develop proposed courses of action.
- Prepare assessments and threat profiles by applying sophisticated collection and analysis techniques.
- Leverage IC databases and other databases, and use IC analytic tool suites to accomplish link analysis for persons, places, and events.
- Work individually and as part of an internal or interagency team to identify intelligence needs and requirements, define collection requirements, gather and analyze classified and unclassified data, and develop and deliver vetted intelligence papers, products, and reports.
- Advise/Support regionally or functionally focused National Intelligence Managers (NIM) with planning, analyzing, producing, and coordinating the development of strategic intelligence assessments.
- Conduct reviews of IC collection and analysis against hard targets, identifying gaps, recommending solutions, and ensuring alignment with Unifying Intelligence Strategies.
- Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
- Demonstrated experience working with IC Agencies.
- Knowledge of/experience with IC collection, analytic methods, and databases.
- Proven ability to work within a highly dynamic environment, often with multiple competing priorities.
- Proven ability to work and communicate with senior leaders and action officers from across the IC.
- Proven ability to lead, facilitate, and substantially add value to working groups or interagency teams.
- Proven ability to lead or contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of IC systems, processes, data, and policies.
- Experience communicating analytic findings to varied audiences such as Intelligence Analysts, Presidential Daily Briefers, and senior IC decision-makers.

- 5+ years of experience working with or in the IC.
- Compensation: $151,700 - $265,500
Senior SME Level:
- Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of experience or Master’s and 13+ years of experience.
- 8+ years of experience working with or in the IC.
- Compensation: $151,700 - $265,500
- Experience with one or more regionally or functionally focused national intelligence mission areas (i.e., counterterrorism, cyber, counterintelligence, counterinfluence, counterproliferation)
- Experience gathering, normalizing, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and associated findings.
- Experience with computer science techniques, statistical data manipulation and analytic methods, or with scripting tools such as python, R, and others.
