Quardev is seeking an Integration Support III for a full-time, contract-to-hire role with our branded apparel client based in Issaquah, WA. As an Integration Support III, you'll be at the forefront of the IT Operations team, providing Tier I support that blends business savvy with technical finesse. From analyzing intricate systems to managing entry-level projects, you'll be the go-to person for all things integration. Acting as the vital link between customers, both internal and external, and the IT department, you'll spearhead problem resolution, meticulously document issues, and ensure smooth customer testing. Responsibilities:
*Guide customers seamlessly through Web Services, EDI, and Flat File integration onboarding processes, serving as the key liaison between customers, IT, Marketing, and Sales teams.
*Proactively track and follow up with customers to ensure smooth integration onboarding completion.
*Document customer requests and onboarding processes meticulously in Jira, ADO, and Confluence, ensuring clarity and efficiency.
*Keep Integration Support documents and specifications up-to-date across all channels, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
*Understand and address customer integration needs and product information requests, demonstrating expert knowledge in Integration Channel offerings.
*Manage Tier I Support inbox efficiently, responding to and tracking all integration-related issues promptly.
*Conduct initial troubleshooting and analysis of incoming issues, collaborating closely with the Tier II support team for resolution.
*Liaise effectively with development staff and Project Managers, communicating customer requirements and providing project updates.
*Collaborate with 3rd Party Service Providers to update databases and perform audits for data accuracy.
*Cultivate strong relationships with Sales, Marketing, Service Providers, and Customers, fostering growth in integration services.
*Maintain and expand the support Knowledge Base, ensuring comprehensive documentation of solutions.
*Facilitate training for new team members on onboarding applications, ensuring seamless support continuity
Requirements:
*4-6 years of experience in organized software support or equivalent education, with a deep understanding of support methodologies and principles.
*Preferred experience in System and Data Analysis.
*Demonstrated ability to self-manage and make timely decisions under pressure, aligned with business objectives.
*Proven track record of driving change and process improvement in dynamic environments.
*Exceptional customer service skills.
*Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas concisely and effectively.
*Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
*Commitment to taking ownership of issues or projects from start to finish.
*Ability to communicate technical information across diverse skill sets.
*Proficiency in SQL, MySQL, Web Services, XML, and Data Modeling.
*Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with the ability to troubleshoot problems and understand their interconnections.
Important: This position is not eligible for Corp-to-Corp (C2C) or Visa (H1b) transfer or sponsorship.
The expected pay rate for this Contract-to-Hire position starts at $25.00 + per hour, depending on experience.
Note: This role is on-site in Issaquah, WA.
