TITLE: Integration Engineer
TYPE: Contract to Hire
LOCATION: Philadelphia, PA
ONSITE/REMOTE/HYBRID: 2 days onsite and 3 days remote
START DATE: January 2024
SHIFT: M-F, 8:30 am - 5pm EST
We have an immediate need to hire an Integration Engineer on a contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate has a strong background in SSIS/ETL/API, understands the entire data lifecycle, has a strong background in T-SQL development, has a comprehensive knowledge of the current state of the company's data, and how to improve it and build on top of it.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Utilize SSIS and API to integrate databases.
- Use T-SQL to build and write stored procedures, joins, indexes, queries, triggers, reporting tables, and manipulate data sets.
- Design, develop and support real-time data integrations
- Install, migrate, upgrade and test new versions of the DBMS
- Work with the data team to allocate system storage and plan future storage requirements
- Create and manage database SSRS, and SSIS reports using ETL tools
- Evaluate database queries for accuracy
- Work with business users to understand their needs.
- Assist with documenting undocumented processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required
- 6+ years of experience building out data warehouses utilizing MS/T- SQL. If you have experience with NoSQL or PLSQL, you still may be a fit and are encouraged to apply.
- Experience using Paradox database systems is a plus
- Ability to write-board SQL code
- Proven experience with SSRS and SSIS. SSAS experience is not required.
- Experience with gathering requirements from business users.
