MHS Lift is currently seeking a Regional Sales Account Manager for our Integrated Solutions Team. This is a Virtual role that can be based on the West Coast.
As a Regional Sales Account Manager, Integrated Solutions you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new accounts. You will develop a strategic plan to close new business as well as strengthening our relationships with current clients. You will be responsible for leading the presales process which includes partnering with internal sales and engineering team. During the presales process you will present our custom solutions to potential clients. Once the solution has been closed you will manage the kick-off meetings, touchpoint meetings, and walk through at the end of a project. You will maintain a relationship after the sale to provide additional services. This will be a work from home role with travel to client and MHS Lift Headquarters.
Qualifications for this role:
- Proven experience developing and maintaining client relationships through the entire sales process
- Partnering with key stake holders within MHS Lift and clients.
- Proven experience selling Integrated Solutions in target accounts in geographical area
- Ability to read Architectural and Operational CAD Drawings
- Must be driven and self-motivated to seek out new opportunities
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Strong computer skills are required
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- Valid
- Driver’s License
- Ability to travel 50-75% travel
- Experience with a CRM, Salesforce is preferred
