Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred – Associates Degree considered with commensurate level experience. • 3-5 years of experience in the following: • Pharma industry experience - familiarity with pharma industry terms and operations • MUST HAVE - SAP experience - ECC & GTS Modules - in the context of Customer order management • Previous Logistics experience knowledge • Strong coordination & planning skills are required • Extremely strong/confident communicator – This resource will be working with several different/diverse groups of people. • Strong attention to detail • Must encompass a strong customer service mindset • Supply chain management experience – Knowledge of supply chain • Previous Logistics/Export customer service experience • Understanding of Air freight forwarding is a big plus • Ability to work independently AND as part of a team • Ability to work with diverse, cross-functional/global teams • Strong understanding of SAP "order to cash” process • ASAP start • Fully remote position – Can be located anywhere in the US • Full time position – 40 hours per week – Standard/core working hours • About you – You are an extremely strong collaborator! Responsibilities:
The MMD (Client Manufacturing Division) Human Health team is looking for an additional Export Customer Service/Demand Analyst. This role will support a planned uptick in export requests from the US and Canada. In this exciting role, you will work with the manager and a team of 5 export customer service specialists to support the following duties: 1. Manage documentation – A. Document creation B. GTS Export Documents - Packing list, Shippers letter of Instruction, Commercial invoice C. NAHUB Flight Details 2. Product Information A. Accessing Certificates of Analysis (COAs) 3. Create Credits and Debits A. Intercompany Return Process / Overcharge or undercharge 4. Invoicing A. Add Freight Charges (as required) B. Cancel a Billing (as required) C. Change the Output to a Billing Document (as required) D. Create a Billing Document 5. Sales Order Creation, Tracking and Monitoring A. Create, confirm and update Sales Order (as required) B. Price, quantity, material, Inco terms, sold to, ship to C. Coordinate confirmed ship dates with site warehouse personal D. Provide final documentation to customer E. Invoice, packing list, AWB, flight details, CoA (as required) 6. STO Monitoring and Control A. Coordinate confirmed ship dates with site warehouse personal B. Provide final documentation to customer C. Invoice, packing list, AWB, flight details, CoA (as required) 7. Monitoring and Control Open orders (Sales orders/ Stock transfer orders) A. Ensure correct ship date, Routes displayed, quantity aligns, ship to address correct B. Communicate with counter parts in various regions to align orders (LA, EMEA, ASIA PACIFIC) 8. Monitoring New Lanes A. West point site B. Wilson site C. Elkton site D. External manufacturers
