As the Intake Team Manager in our home care company, you will oversee the intake process to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services to our clients. Responsibilities include managing a team of intake coordinators, assessing client needs, overseeing care plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead and manage the Intake Team, providing guidance and support.
• Care Plan Management
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of intake services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

• Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, including care coordination, scheduling, and billing, to facilitate smooth transitions and continuity of care.Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the home care or healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of the home care intake process, including client assessment and care planning preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
