What You'll Do:
As a Nurse Practitioner Supervisor (NPS), you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and independence of our participants. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and guiding Nurse Practitioners and clinical staff to deliver exceptional care.
- Conducting thorough wellness assessments and providing urgent care services.
- Coordinating smooth transitions for participants requiring hospital care and managing complex cases.
- Engaging in collaborative Interdisciplinary Team meetings and contributing to ongoing care management education.
- Ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and fostering clinical documentation improvement.
- Offering home visits and emergency coverage when necessary, ensuring continuity of care.
What You Bring:
We're looking for candidates who possess:
- Graduation from a Nurse Practitioner education program.
- A minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience.
- Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner with DEA Certification and Board Certification.
- Proficiency in more than one language is preferred.
