INTAKE SPECIALIST WANTED FOR FAMILY LAW PRACTICE

We are a small, fast-paced and rapidly growing law firm devoted to family law in Washington State.  Our mission is to provide value to clients above and beyond providing exemplary legal representation.

Are you an Intake Specialist with a passion for helping customers? Our rapidly growing family law firm is looking for a savvy Intake Specialist to join our dynamic team.  

This is a remote, full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Pre-screen leads.
• Qualify leads in accordance with firm requirements.
• Schedule case evaluations and attorney consultations.
• Work with sales representatives and marketing as necessary to complete tasks.
• Assist with other duties as necessary.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities.
• Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
