Intake Specialist

Sizemore Law, PLLC, a respected law firm specializing in business law and litigation, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized part-time Intake Clerk to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic legal environment while maintaining a flexible work schedule. reviewing documents, and performing administrative tasks to support our legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience with legal research, document review, and data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Review documents and enter data accurately into the firm's case management software.
• Perform administrative tasks
• Prepare letters and other documents for new cases.
• Create electronic file folders to organize intake client documentation.
• Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure smooth workflow
• Complete other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to review documents for accuracy
• Strong organizational skills to manage client files and documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Familiarity with web browser functions such as Google.
• Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
• Some knowledge of legal terms preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
