Intake/Customer Service Representative

Job Overview:

We are a fast-paced law firm that represents CDL and non- CDL drivers with any traffic citations they receive.

This position works within a team-oriented environment to accomplish the best possible outcome for our clients.

Will be dealing directly with clients answering questions they might have, collecting all data needed to set up case files.

Will take payment information for legal fees etc.

Document any correspondence with clients in case file.

Strong communications skills a must.

Must be

Bilingual is a plus.

Starting shift time is 10 AM – 7PM M-F

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
