We have an outstanding Contract position for an Intake Representative to join a leading Company located in the Houston, TX surrounding area.
Act as customer service interface to internal employees and external customers and perform all service-related activities (Sales Orders, RMAs, warranty, center set-up, contracts, and consignment procedures).
Responsibilities:
- Provide responsive and reliable customer service and technical support
- Provide liaison support between customers
- Coordinate with other departments
- Perform the returned materials process, including initiation, receipt, expediting, and closing RMAs
- Use of Data Works system for sales orders, shipments, field service contacts, RMAs, warranty, and report generation
- Receive product orders and process shipments
- Provide international customer service at times, and in such an event, work a flexible schedule
- Perform other related duties as assigned, including special projects
- Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance with all quality requirements
Basic Hiring Criteria:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Must have reliable transportation
