We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team.

**Job Summary**:

As a Call Center Representative at Wright Gray Trial Lawyers, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and potential clients. Your role is essential to our operations, ensuring that all communication is handled promptly, professionally, and with empathy. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to transition to full-time employment based on performance and business needs. As a Call Center Representative, you will also assist with office projects such as client file organization within our software system.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.

- Transfer calls efficiently to the appropriate staff or department.

- Accurately enter detailed notes into our case management system.

- Handle new client intakes, gathering critical information and setting expectations.

- Perform various Call Center functions, including but not limited to scheduling, follow-up calls, and client service inquiries.

- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to all legal privacy guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Experience in a Call Center or customer service environment preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to quickly learn and navigate new software and systems.

- Empathetic and professional demeanor with a client-focused approach.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail.

- Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
