Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and personable Intake Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, the Intake Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, customer service skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate staff members.
- Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the firm's calendar.
- Collect and input client information accurately into our database.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Provide general support to attorneys and staff as needed.
- Ensure the reception area is clean and organized at all times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is a plus but not required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
