The Opportunity:

We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Intake Manager to lead our Intake team in providing exceptional client experiences while maximizing case conversion. This vital role demands an individual who is, not only adept at empathetic client communication, but also possesses a profound understanding of the legal landscape, ensuring every case is handled with the utmost care and precision from the very first interaction. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in sustaining the firm's reputation by overseeing a responsive, efficient, and compassionate intake process, aligning with the firm's mission to provide unparalleled legal representation while fostering trust and confidence in those seeking justice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and inspire a team of intake specialists to achieve outstanding client service and case conversion goals.
• Relationship Building: Train staff to establish rapport with potential clients, thoughtfully assess their needs, and effectively communicate the value of our firm's services.
• Process Optimization: Analyze intake procedures, identify efficiency gains, and implement strategies to streamline case acquisition.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics, provide data-driven insights to optimize individual and team performance.
• Client Advocacy: Ensure that potential clients feel understood, supported, and confident in choosing our firm.
