Befitting You is seeking an experienced Insurance Verifier for our office in Novi, MI

Responsibilities and Duties

Job duties include but not limited to the following:

-Verifying/authorizing patient insurance for a variety of durable medical equipment products, especially orthopedic bracing.

-Answer phones and respond to questions

-Data entry into our EMR

-Other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, good organizational skills, excellent customer service skills, ability to multi-task, a professional appearance and understands the importance of patient confidentiality.

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have 1 year experience authorizing/verifying insurance in a healthcare setting

M-F 9 am- 5pm
