Product Delivery Specialist

ZSmart Rental-Purchase is a locally owned family business with five West Michigan locations. We are a retail home furnishings store that specializes in lease purchase solutions. ZSmart is searching for highly motivated, highly dependable team members to help grow our company. In addition to our current locations, we have plans to rapidly expand into several new markets throughout the region. We use a team approach in assisting our customer's. All members of a team assist each other, and work together to complete daily and weekly tasks.

ZSmart Product Specialists get firsthand knowledge of everything in Rent-to-Own, creating the perfect leaping point into your career with ZSmart. Product Specialists are the front lines of our operations assisting customers with sales, Product Delivery, product service, merchandise care, and customer account service.

The Work

• Unloading, building, setup, delivery, service, return, and refurbishment of all merchandise sold by ZSmart.
• Direct contact with customers who have not made their Lease agreement(s) payments with in home visits
• Sell customers with other team members
• Assist the Credit Field Activity
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management
• Complete and maintain vehicle maintenance sheet
• Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle
• Safely operate company vehicle
• Any reasonable duties requested by management

Requirements

• At least 21 years old with a valid state Driver’s License and compliance with the Company’s Driver Qualification Policy; including satisfactory MVR (driving record)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with the assistance of a dolly
• High energy with the ability to effectively perform all functions of the store and multitasking effectively
• Proper telephone etiquette
• Uphold the ZSmart Brand and protect company assets
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Proficient computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 42 per week
