You will be responsible for nurturing relationships with prospective customers, understanding their unique insurance needs, and offering them personalized insurance solutions.
Experienced Insurance Sales Representatives may make over $60,000 per year.
Insurance Sales Representatives new to the insurance industry may make up to $45,000 per year.

Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with potential and current policyholders in a professional and empathetic manner, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored advice.
Inbound Inquiries: Handle incoming inquiries and calls from clients, addressing questions, and providing accurate information about insurance products.
Insurance Planning: Design and recommend insurance plans that meet the unique requirements and preferences of each client.
Policy Sales: Convert leads into policy sales by effectively explaining coverage options and benefits.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to enhance their trust and loyalty to Lora Johnstone - Allstate.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide informed advice to clients and improve your professional skills.
Requirements
- Candidate with a valid P & C insurance license preferred but not required
- Prior experience in Insurance Sales or a related field is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work effectively in a face-to-face sales environment
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Familiarity with insurance software and tools
