The Casper Agency in Limerick, PA is looking to add an Insurance Sales Representative to our rapidly growing team. After 6 years, our office made the transition to be fully remote back in July 2023. As we all work from home, we still value our agents being local so that we can be involved in our community and build relationships together. Our office currently has a team of Licensed Sales Representatives and and is ready to grow. In this role, you will service our current policyholders by answering inbound calls and then servicing the client's unique needs. Your end goal for these calls will be to bundle and round out the account. Our team takes pride in customizing the insurance needs of each of our clients and providing exceptional customer service. The candidate's base salary starts at $29,000 / year with the potential for growth. Opportunity to earn an additional $30,000-$70,000 / year in commission and bonuses.

Responsibilities
- Your relationship-building skill set will be put to use by fostering strong relationships with clients to educate & advise them on the best policies for their unique needs.
- Utilize your negotiation skills to overcome objections and win back former clients.
- Using your excellent presentation skills, you'll be working with clients to utilize warm leads to develop insurance quotes.
- Working with our management team, youll be setting and achieving sales goals.
- Use your savvy skills to service inbound client calls and use the opportunity to upsell and bundle the account.
Requirements
- An Active PA Property & Casualty License is a BONUS.
- Previous Insurance Experience.
- Basic computer software knowledge.
- A goal-oriented individual who is self-motivated and driven to succeed.
- Motivated, self-starter.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including professional phone and office etiquette.
- A team player who is reliable and can think critically.
